Event Topic:
Value Proposition for Precision Medicine — Case Studies on the front lines

Event Description:
The value proposition for adopting the tools that deliver critical disease information is not widely understood. There are many medical technologies and interventions that are rapidly emerging into clinical practice, and the key for realizing the full value of these new products or techniques will often hinge on the cognitive understanding of the medical problem in the minds of the treatment team as they make decisions in each case. Tools designed to enhance the understanding of the case at a granular level are improving all the time, and incorporating them into drug & device development will lead to much more efficient solutions and vastly better outcomes. We will review a few cases that illustrate these factors and discuss them together.
