With Lynne Sopchak –: “Serology of COVID19”
Lynne Sopchak is a Biomedical Consultant who conducts primary market research for global industry-wide reports and individual companies focused primarily on technology development for drug discovery and the manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. She has been a part-time faculty/instructor at several bay area universities. She received her Ph.D. from Wayne State University in immunology and microbiology followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University in immunology and oncology studying the molecular basis of cancer, tumor progression and the development of drug resistance. Early in her career she received a B.S. in medical technology and worked as a clinical laboratory scientist for six years.
HI- again we do hope that you are obeying the “shelter in place” request and that you are safe and healthy!! Please do what you can to flatten the curve and not compromise “social distance” that may make the difference between life and death!! This is one time you MUST RELY ON MEDICINE AND SCIENCE and DEFY the ADMINISTRATION’S EFFORTS TO UNSHELTER and go back to normal!
We wish to maintain continuity of our weekly B2DG efforts during the next 6-? weeks of further restrictions. So, we’re going to continue and will get together on ZOOM next Tuesday, APRIL 14. The meeting will begin at 8:30AM; it will NOT BE AN EVENING EVENT.
This week we will move toward the typical format of a B2DG meeting. We invite you to attend a Virtual BioNews and Lynne Sopchak’s presentation on Serology of COVID19. Again the meeting will start at 8:30 AM. The ZOOM link is tiny.cc/ugubmz
We have had a very good response for the first 3 meetings, so please join us as we work our way back to a “normal B2DG meeting format albeit virtual.”
