About the Seminar:
 Innovation is about developing and launching products that create value for our customers. Value is then identified by the customer, but just asking what the customer wants usually doesn’t result in true innovation. Often, the product is just a slightly better version of what already exists. We will discuss how to balance the voice of the customer with the voice of innovation, and examine the techniques and practices for incorporating VOC with innovation to achieve breakthroughs in product design and performance.About the Speaker:
 Stephen Marino has an extensive history in research and development within the medical device industry. He is a strong business and technical professional with with a Master of Science (MSc) in Material Science and Engineering from Worchester Polytechnic Institute. Before joining Fujifilm, Steve worked at Lake Region Medical, a large medical device outsource (MDO) manufacturer. Stephen has over 20 years of experience bringing innovative medical device technologies to market. |
