Stanford Hospital Chef Isaac Karapechon will lead you through his delicious quiche and salad recipe, with commentary by a Stanford registered dietician who can help you customize the recipe to meet your dietary preferences. Learn to include all the food groups in your recipes to enhance your daily intake of essential vitamins and minerals. And take home a delectable sample of the completed meal.
