Obstructive sleep apnea is a growing problem. The most widely used treatment, Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) is very effective in preventing airway blockages during sleep, but patient compliance is poor. In this presentation I will review the devices and interventions aiming to compete with CPAP, as well as innovations in CPAP that aim to improve patient compliance.
